Pro 3 Workshop

OVERVIEW: Our Pro 3 workshop is a professional 3 weeks course designed to elevate the skills of Makeup Artists by teaching advanced Makeup application techniques. This course consists of the study of the international bridal industry, the fashion industry and new media. Maquillage The Makeup Academy's curriculum thrives off teaching artists on an international levels, our goal is to prepare all graduates to work in any market or area of expertise.

 WEEK 1: THE INTERNATIONAL BRIDE

• Study of the international bridal industry
• Study of face Morphology
• Study of Traditional / Cultural bridal makeup
• Study of the seasonal bride "Seasonal bridal looks for all four seasons" 
• Customizing bridal makeup looks
• Advanced application techniques / Bridal up do's
• Bridal make-up for the “stars” 
• Marketing and building your clientele
• Consultations/Invoices and follow up services

WEEK 2: MULTIMEDIA

• Set Etiquette
• Makeup / Hair design & pre production
• Camouflage makeup application techniques
• Male grooming
• TV Makeup
• Commercial and infomercial makeup
• Red Carpet

WEEK 3: FASHION

• History of fashion makeup & iconic decades
• Study of agencies/ fashion houses
• Applying makeup for a catalog, 
• Applying makeup for magazine editorials and covers
• Applying makeup for a national and international campaign
• Creating makeup for runway, trunk shows, fashion galas, and 'The Cat Walk" 
• Avant-Garde makeup for Haute Couture and Hair Design 

Cost: $720.00/ Week $2160/ 3 Weeks

Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM - 35 Hours week 

Class can be taken individually or as a full Pro 3 Workshop

Pro 3 Workshop: Total: 105 Hours

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Workshop design for students or professionals in the beauty field
• Must bring a make-up kit
